Last Updated: May 24, 2025

This DMCA Policy outlines how FridayNightFunkin-Unblocked (https://fridaynightfunkin-unblocked.github.io/) responds to notifications of copyright infringement in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

We take intellectual property rights seriously. It is our policy to respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and to remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing.

2. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice containing the following information:

  • Your full name, address, phone number, and email
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on our site
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

You may submit your DMCA request through the contact mechanism provided in our website footer. We reserve the right to ignore incomplete or non-compliant notices.

3. Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court in your district (or California if you reside outside the U.S.)

If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed content unless the original claimant files a court action within 10–14 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may restrict or terminate access to users who repeatedly violate copyright law or abuse the DMCA process.

5. Disclaimer
